On-Site 3D Scanning
For components that cannot be shipped because of size, fragility, or sensitivity, our team performs scanning at the client's facility using portable EinScan systems. On-site services are available throughout the United States and internationally.
Design and Reverse Engineering
We convert concepts, drawings, and physical parts into accurate, production-ready CAD models. This includes the reconstruction of obsolete and hard-to-source components for which original documentation is unavailable.
Prototyping
We produce functional prototypes for fit, form, and performance evaluation, allowing clients to validate designs before committing to production.
Manufacturing
We manufacture end-use parts to client specifications on an on-demand basis, from single components to production runs. Building to order eliminates excess inventory and reduces material waste.
